Terms and Conditions for „Drone in a Nutshell" Workshop
General
a. The aim of the workshop is to provide participants with basic knowledge about operating a drone in the categories A1 / A3, including essential knowledge concerning drone law and regulations in Switzerland and European Union.
b. The workshop takes place physically in Zurich, at a location communicated to the participant by email from the workshop lead, with a duration of 3 hours.
c. Participants must register for the workshop via the contact form available on the workshop sub-page, providing contact data and an email address.
Terms and Conditions of Participation:
a. Participants must have own drone in the category A1 / A3 and the Remote Controller.
b. Participants should bring additional batteries if possible.
c. The workshop takes place outside, so participants should dress appropriately for any weather conditions.
d. Other conditions described in sections 1 and 3 apply.
Payment and Refund:
a. Participation in the workshop is possible only upon advanced payment of 50%, at least 5 calendar days before the workshop, and the full amount 2 calendar days before the meeting date, to the bank account provided by the workshop lead in the email.
b. Reimbursement of the advanced payment or the total costs will not be possible if the customer resigns from the workshop without a clear reason. A clear reason is documented inability to participate due to illness, accident, or other unforeseen events.
c. If the workshop lead is unable to attend, the cost of the workshop will be refunded, or a new meeting date will be proposed.
Final Provisions:
a. The workshop lead reserves the right to cancel the workshops in accordance with point 3c, as well as in case of adverse weather conditions. Participants will be informed immediately after such a decision is made, and the cost of the workshop will be refunded, or an alternative date will be proposed.
b. Participants are responsible for covering their travel costs to the workshop location and/or any meal costs during the workshop.
