e) the right to object to the processing of data (you have the right to object to the processing of data on a legal basis of a legitimate interest; you should indicate a particular situation which in your opinion, justifies the cessation of the processing covered by this objection. We will stop processing your data for these purposes, unless we demonstrate that the basis for our data processing is superior against your rights or that your data is necessary for us to determine, pursuing or defending our claims),
f) the right to data portability (you have the right to receive from us in a structured, commonly used format suitable for machine-readable personal data that you have provided to us on the basis of contract or your consent; you may request us to submit this data directly to another entity),

1.3. Your personal data may be processed by the entities we cooperate with to provide our services. They may have access to your personal data if services they provide are strictly related with the processing of personal data, and to the extent related to such access. These entities can be hosting provider, email service providers, website maintenance providers, law firms, entities providing marketing services, accounting offices, cloud software providers etc. Remember that your data is safe and processed only within the necessary scope. In addition, if necessary, your personal data may be made available to entities, bodies or institutions authorized to obtain access to data on the basis of legal provisions, such as police services,
security, orchards, prosecutors and tax offices to the extent necessary to implementation of tax and accounting obligations.
1.4. We use tools that can take specific actions depending on
information collected by the tracking mechanisms (profiling and behavioral advertising). However, we believe that these activities do not have a significant impact on you, because they neither differentiate you as a customer, nor affect the terms of the agreement you conclude with us).

2. Purposes and activities of personal data processing

2.1. Contact.
Data processed: Name, e-mail address plus other possible data (its providing is voluntary, but necessary to contact you)
Purpose of processing: Establishing a contact with you.
Processing period: The content of the correspondence may be archived, and we are not able to estimate when it will be removed.

3. Cookies

3.1. Cookies and other tracking technologies. Our website uses cookies.
